These guys are top notch! They came out and fixed our heat in one day! I got a call from the manager right after to check on us! Great service! I don’t know who the owner of this place is, but he runs a swell company and employees nothing but very knowledgeable respectable people!

Summer 2024, Monarch installed a mini-split system for me in a 1980 built earth house. The logistics were complicated and the install took 4 days, but they figured it out and retrofitted the unit, wall mount equipment and lines beautifully. As that little earth house couldn't keep up with warming temps, I kept getting told A/C was not possible. Monarch made it reality. Thank you!

The technician showed up in a cheerful mood, diagnosed the problem, very quickly fixed it, double checked to make sure it was fixed and then left us with a pleasant goodbye.

Everyone at Monarch was amazing! Scheduling was effortless, Trian came on time. He was so knowledgeable and kind in sharing with me what was going on with our heater. We have now have heat (which is important in the canyon in the winter)!

I have used Monarch for close to 10 years for all of my HVAC needs. I have come to know their staff and they are exceptional people with integrity, honesty and great work ethic. When they are done with a job, you can count on it being correct and them standing behind their work if something ends up not working the way it should. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
